Bagels with Lox

When I first started teaching, I was in am area that had a large
Jewish population. From this time in my life, I learned to like Lox, a
smoked salmon. When moved to San Diego, I sadly found that, in my
area, there was a shortage of Lox. I told this to one of our taechers
and since then, every time she visits me at the district office, she
brings me a bagel with Lox. Yumm!
